C.A.S.E.

Hello Stampers ~ did your know that C.A.S.E. means Copy And Share Everything?

Are you ready for the holiday weekend?  I hope you have some fun plans to say goodbye to Summer!

We have a new challenge today at Card a Day Challenge

Friday C.A.S.E. A Card Challenge:
When I looked at the card to case I saw the strips of color along with the vellum leaf spray.  I knew I could find one of our framelits to use on my card.  I could not find a leaf spray big enough but I did have the Sunshine Wishes thinlits and the flower would be perfect.  I based the colors of my strips of color on what the flower might look like.  I used the Timeless Textures stamp set to stamp the color swipes on the Whisper White card stock using Garden Green, Wild Wasabi, Calypso Coral, Peekaboo Peach, and Daffodil Delight inks.  I stamped the stamp first with the right side up then again upside down to fill in the strip.  Once I had all my strips created I cut my card stock down to have the strips of color fit into the card stock better.  I mounted that onto a piece of Garden Green card stock.  This panel was added to a Peekaboo Peach card base.  I then used Vellum card stock to cut out my flower.  I used Tombow Vellum adhesive to attach my flower to my panel.  To finish off my card I added a large Basic Rhinestone.  A cute Summer card with lots of color!
