A Busy Afternoon

I am sorry this post is so late. I have had some fun this afternoon with several sketch challenges and my Halloween stamps . I have made quite a few cards that I will share with you over the next few days. The first card I made was for Taylor’s sketch challenge. I loved the layout and while I don’t have cupcakes I knew I needed some more Halloween cards to send out so I…

A Busy Day

Sorry I did not post yesterday but I was so busy.  I have contemplated making some cards in a box to sell at the base craft show.  I also needed some of these for Christmas gifts for a few people.  I spent the morning looking for  dimensions/patterns for the boxes and found a couple 3 x 3 boxes.  I never did find one for the invitation size cards so I ended up making my own.  This took quite…

I did a lot of thinking about what I wanted to do while I was walking this week. It finally hit me to do a butterfly. I pulled out a set that I bought and hadn’t used (I saw lots of…

Another fun layout

There have been some fun sketches on the blogs this week.  I usually try to do Julee’s Poetic Artistry / Mojo Monday sketch.  She presented a challenge for us this week with a large circle on the card.  I wanted to use some more of my patterned paper and thought this paper fit the cauldron on the stamp.  Once I got the panels made and attached to the base it was missing something.  That’s when…
