Challenge 8 for World Card Making Group – Winter Meadow
Hello everyone – another fancy fold idea is my card for Challenge 8 for World Card Making Group – Winter Meadow.
This was the last challenge for World Card Making Day in the World Card Making Group. Sharon gave us another fancy fold. I decided to use the deer pattern from the Winter Meadow dsp. It was perfect for the center focal pattern. Paired with the Pebbled Path water color pattern it made making this card so easy.
The Winter Meadow has a variety of gorgeous patterns. They can be used to create winter cards as well as cards for guys. Look at all these great patterns. Which is your favorite? I love top left!
I strategically cut the dsp to make sure I got the deer with some of the treetops. It makes the perfect focal image for your card front flip panel.
The retired stamp set Peaceful Deer has the perfect deer image in it that could be used for the inside of the card and envelope.
One of the patterns in the collection is a winter tree scene. It makes a great simple card with a torn edge for some texture. This pretty pattern is perfect for chopping your panel to make a clean and simple idea.
