Clean and Simple Handmade Flowers

Hello Everyone ~ I have an adorable Clean and Simple Handmade Flowers creation for you today.

This will be short and sweet.  The movers came today and I have a bare apartment.  I am tired as I also meet an HVAC person at the house for a second opinion.  I am sure I will be asleep (as will Bijou as she was all over the place today) before it gets to late.  I am cleaning the apartment today so that everything will be done so I can turn in my keys on Monday.  I am then staying with a friend until I either get into the house or have to head back to Maryland for Zoie’s birthday party.

Today’s card uses some stamps from the Swirly Bird stamp set that usually get overlooked.  I decided to use the cute little flower image to create a row of flowers across a piece of card stock.  The stems were stamped using Granny Apple Green.  I then stamped the flower heads using Flirty Flamingo and Mango Medley.  I took this card stock and layered it onto a piece of Mango Medley that was cut a little larger.  This panel was then layered onto a piece of Flirty Flamingo that was a little larger.  For the card base, I used Mango Medley and added a piece of Whisper White.  A strip of Garden Impressions designer series paper was added to the lower half of the Whisper White card front panel.  The flower panels were added to the card base using dimensionals.  To add some extra interest I used a sequin and pearl from a retired sprinkles set to the center of each flower.  Here is the completed Clean and Simple Handmade Flowers creation.
