Clean and Simple Masculine

Happy Saturday Everyone ~ my Clean and Simple Masculine creation uses a new designer series paper.

I hope everyone has a great start to your weekend!  I am off to the pool today to take the girls.  They have been dying to go and I figured today would be a good day.  We will go for a few hours in the morning and then come back so that Remi can take her nap.  When she wakes up I am not sure what we will do.  She may want to stamp or even go outside and play on the swing set.  We will find something to do!  She keeps me hopping!

I played with some more of the new designer series paper on my card today.  Are you checking out the designer series paper and making your list?  We will be having a buy 3 get 1 free sale on the designer series paper next month.  Want to see what they look like to see if you want to purchase any?  Check out my Mixed Bag offerings!  In the Bag you get six 4″ x 6″ pieces of designer series paper and 6 coordinating card stock bases.  Here is a way for you to check out the designer series paper before you invest in an entire package.  Perfect way to try before you buy!  My card today used some of the Best Route designer series paper.  I chose to use the Gray Granite grid paper as my background.  I attached it to my Whisper White card base.  Next I use the Blueberry Bushel patterned paper and the Starburst punch to punch a circle.  The Detailed Dragonfly thinlits  were used to cut one of the dragonflies out of Basic Black card stock.  I attached the dragonfly to some vellum and cut around the shape so my dragonfly had some wings.  The Wink of Stella was used to add sparkle to the dragonfly.  The dragonfly was added to the card base using a dimensional.  The sentiment was from Itty Bitty Greetings and stamped with Blueberry Bushel onto a piece of Whisper White.  I flagged both ends and added it to the card base using dimensionals.  The final element  was to add some black faceted dots.  Check out my Clean and Simple Masculine card below.
