Coloring Down the Lines – Cherry Cobbler

Happy Hump Day Everyone!

I hope you are enjoying this cooler weather.  It is just the thing I need to hit my craft room for some major creating!

Wednesday is our Coloring Down the Lines blog hop.  This week our color choices were

Cherry Cobbler, Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso

                                     OR

Cherry Cobbler, Calypso Coral, Night of Navy

I have used the first color choice quite a bit lately so I decided to use the second set.  I wasn’t certain how I was going to use the colors.  I had no problems with the Cherry and Navy but the Coral was throwing me for a loop.  I decided to go looking for a sketch challenge.  I found a fun one at Utah Divas International.

Since I hadn’t played with their challenges lately I decided to use it.  I loved the simplicity of the sketch and knew I could make it work with my colors.  Here is what I created.

I have to say I like this card.  It is so simple and would be easy to mass produce.  Are you ready to see what the other ladies created with this color challenge?  Head on over to Amanda’s blog – Our Crafty Playdate to see which colors she used and what she created.

Thanks for looking and have a Wonderful Wednesday!
