Coloring Down the Lines – Crumb Cake

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

It is time for our Coloring Down the Lines blog hop.  I am the start of the hop.  This week we were to use

Crumb Cake, Not Quite Navy, Riding Hood Red

OR

Crumb Cake, Cajun Graze, Garden Green

I didn’t know what I was going to do with these colors so I went looking for a sketch challenge I could use.  I found a great sketch at Create with Connie and Mary

2013 Thursday Challenges-012

I knew this would be perfect to use some of the retiring cardstock I had.  I went with the first color combo as I do not like Cajun Craze.  Not on of my favorite colors – in fact I would have loved to see it retire and keep Not Quite Navy!  Oh well, here is my card I created using this sketch.

I think this a fun card!  Are you ready to see what the other ladies created using these colors?  Hop on down the lines to Amanda’s blog – Our Crafty Playdate to see what colors she used and what she created.  Thanks for looking and have a Wonderful Wednesday!

  1. I like the layout of the card, Robbie. The colors blend nicely …;)

  2. Definately a bright & cheery card Robbie and a literal interpretation on the sketch too! You always have a striking interior on your cards too.
