Coloring Down the Lines – Flowers, Flowers Everywhere

Hello Everyone!

Well I did some more reorganizing yesterday!  I managed to get my envelopes all in one area and my unfinished kits in one area also.  I am hoping to get a little bit more accomplished today.  I do have to make some videos for my Bags & Tags club made and uploaded so that takes top priority.

The Coloring Down the Lines blog hop is today.  This week I thought it would be fun to do something other than winter colors.  I found this great picture online.

 Stampin’ Up color matches

These were bright and cheerful and thought they would be fun to play with.  I decided to do some flowers.  I made my flowers and set them on my card stock.  It needed something so I decided to use my brick wall embossing folder to add some interest. I again set my flowers on the background but it still did not pop to me.

I am in a demos only group and each week we do a chat on Wednesday evenings.  This week we were to play with the Wink of Stella pens that are in the new Occasions catalog that went live today.  I decided to  use the gold pen and highlight the lines in the brick wall embossing folder.  After I had the lines highlighted, I added my flowers again.  It still looked odd so I decided to use it to drawn some vines for my other flowers.  I then attached my flowers and added the layer to my card base.  Here is what my finished creation looks like.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I am hoping to get a lot accomplished today but I have to have time on my side.  Have a Wonderful Wednesday!
