Happy Midweek Stampers!
I have got to head upstairs and clean up the bedroom Jess and Chris will use when they move in at the end of November. I still have a few things to go through and find a place for or donate. I think i will head up there this afternoon.
Today is our Coloring Down the Lines blog hop. This week our choices were
Garden Green, Calypso Coral, Soft Sky
Garden Green, So Saffron, Melon Mambo
For some reason the first set of colors were speaking to me so I went with them.
I hosted a Chat and Challenge on the SUDSOL site and my challenge was to create a project that used circles and ovals in celebration of pumpkins. I decided to use this idea as well as the sketch from Clean & Simple. It was from last week but I liked it.
If you have not checked out the blog you are missing out on some great simple sketches. Here is what I created for the challenge.
inside of card and envelope
I am using a lot of my retired paper up making envelopes. My goal is to cut the paper and make the envelopes and have them ready to choose rather than looking for paper and making the envelope after I make the card.
Are you ready to see what the other ladies created using these colors? I am, I wonder if anyone will make a Halloween card. Head on over to Amanda’s blog – Our Crafty Playdate to see which colors she used and what she created.
Thanks for looking and have a Wonderful Wednesday!
Robbie
I like it too. I probably see what I want to see, perhaps not what you want??? Looks like a plate full of cookies??? And everyone knows I'm a cookie-a-holic! Hugs.
