Good Morning Ladies!
Well I spent my day in my craft room yesterday. Perfect way to spend a rainy day. I managed to make my card for today, 3 cards for my retirement village ladies next week, and 2 projects for my Bags & Tags club for after Christmas. One bag was easy but the box was a little more challenging. I used 4 sheets of 12 x 12 paper but finally got it figured it. Now we need to design our tags and card to go with the them.
Today is the Coloring Down the Lines blog hop. I can’t remember who chose our colors this week but here they are.
Stampin’ Up color matches
After seeing the colors, I decided to try and see if I could create a Christmas card. I pulled out my Your Presents stamp set and my Cherry Cobbler and Smoky Slate inks. I stamped the presents and added the bows. I then cut them out and decided to mount them on Basic Gray card stock as they popped when I did that. I added some white glitter ribbon as it needed something at the top. All that was left was my sentiment. Here is what my final card looked like.

So are you ready to check out the other ladies on the hop? Head on over to Amanda’s blog – Our Crafty Playdate to see her design. I am sure she has something fabulous to look at.
Thanks for visiting me today. I will be going to the yarn shop today as I have to watch Remi while Jess goes to the dentist and has a conference call on Thursday. Have a Wonderful Wednesday!
Robbie
Very nice, Robbie! I haven't used my glitter ribbon yet, but it looks so nice here! Great job also, using a non-traditional color group for the holiday. Fabulous!
Great holiday card, Robbie.
