Hello Ladies!
Well I am very sore today. I spent yesterday shoveling my driveway. My massage this morning will be well needed. I am hoping we are finished with all the snow.
Today is our Coloring Down the Lines blog hop. We are enjoying the added piece to our challenges. It has really stretched us. I decided to see if I could make a Clean and Simple card using the information from my class.
This week our colors were
Raspberry Ripple, Old Olive, Blushing Bride
We have an interesting added piece this week. Our added piece was to make a Christmas card.
These are interesting colors for a Christmas card. I decided to choose the bottom colors to really challenge myself. Here is what I created.
inside of card and envelope
I am not sure I like this one. My plan was to stamp the tree and use the Santa image over top but the tree and Santa image were almost the same size so I had to rethink the placement. I am wondering if it would have been better to emboss the white rather than the Raspberry Ripple and not use the tree. What do you think?
The next stop on our hop is Amanda’s blog – Our Crafty Playdate. I am sure she will have a great card for you to see also. Thanks for visiting me today. Want to start on your Christmas cards? Join our challenge and make a Christmas card. Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Giggling at Christmas cards in March…but you did a beautiful job and I love the colors you chose!
