CutCardStock Hello Friend

Hello everyone – I have fun idea for you with the CutCardStock Hello Friend card.
We all have die cuts that have a piece that is left over when you cut out the die. I used that leftover as the base for the focal image in today’s creation.
Today’s Project
This idea was inspired by a card I saw A Creative Muse shared in a video. I thought it was great and checked out my dies to see if I had one that would work. The center cut out makes a great base for your focal image. In this card, I used it to place my die cut flower. To save on the paper I cut the image out of the center of my layer panel.

Lots of CutCardStock colors were used for this idea. I love how the leftover’s scallop edge gives the base lots of interest. I chose a simple sentiment to finish off my card.

This card uses another shape as the base for the cluster. You can even use a doily shape as your base like this card.
