CutCardStock meets Barnyard Bouquet

Hello everyone – I played with some chickens for today’s CutCardStock meets Barnyard Bouquet card.
Each Wednesday I post a project using CutCardStock on Instagram. I share that card with you here also. Today I pulled out some pattern paper I have not used in a while for this idea. This rooster and gingham paper is fun to play with and makes a great card.
Today’s Project
The pattern paper was perfect for the Cougar Smooth White cardstock. The red in the pattern paper matches the Basis Red and was used to cut out the sentiment. I love how you can find cardstock to match your pattern paper from CutCardStock.

I strategically cut the chicken banner so the roosters would show. I thought the gingham banners would be a nice contrast. I also purchased the stamp set that went with the pattern paper and used it for the inside of the card and envelope.
