Hello Everyone ~ I have a very cute Eastern Beauty Friends creation for you today.
Well I got a lot done yesterday. My craft room only has my desk I work at to finish. I also packed all the clothes in my master closet other than those I am taking with me in a suitcase. I also packed up some other things I had stored in my master closet. Today is crunch day. The movers will be here tomorrow and I have to have everything finished by tomorrow evening. I ran out of packing tape and had to go get more. I will be very busy today finishing up everything. I will get it finished before I go to bed. After the movers leave I will do a final cleaning. If they do not come until the afternoon I will clean the bathrooms in the morning so all I will have left is the floors. That won’t take me long!
Today I have a very cute card for you. This one uses 2 colors I would not have put together. I used a card base of Soft Sea Foam and using the same ink I stamped the background with a swirl from Eastern Beauty. A strip of Grapefruit Grove designer series paper was flagged on the end using the Banner Triple punch. This strip was added to the middle of the card base. The Basic Black baker’s twine was wrapped around the card front and attached in the middle of the front. The large double circle stamp was stamped using Soft Sea Foam ink. The sentiment was stamped using Grapefruit Grove ink. The sentiment was punched using a 2 1/2″ circle punch and added to the card base using dimensionals. Taking 1/2 of a Pearlized Doily and some Tear & Tape it was added to a piece of the Basic Black shimmer ribbon. This element was added to the lower left hand corner of the card base. the flower shape in the Eastern Medallions thinlits was cut from Grapefruit Grove card stock. It was attached to the card over the ribbon and doily element using dimensionals. The Basic Black baker’s twine was used to tie a bow which was added to the side of the sentiment circle using a glue dot. To finish the card some of the faceted dots were added to the center of the flower and the sentiment circle. Here is the completed Eastern Beauty Friends creation.
