Embossing Paste meets Dazzling Diamonds

Good Morning Everyone ~ My embossing paste meets Dazzling Diamonds today.

Well I got some time to play yesterday.  I made 4 panels using the embossing paste.  Then I used the panels and made 4 cards.  Look for some cards with it throughout the week.  Today I will be doing some knitting.  I will also be working on my workshop cards and If possible I will start to work on my collage for August.  Lots to get done so I won’t be lounging around this morning.

One of the panels I made with the embossing paste used the Pattern Party decorative masks.  I chose to use the brick wall one for my card.  I taped down my card stock and then taped the mask over top.  I took a little of the paste and spread it over the mask.  I purposely left some of the bricks partially filled and some empty.  Then I took an old credit card and scraped it across the mask taking off the excess paste and putting it back into the jar.  The mask was removed and I sprinkled some Dazzling Diamonds on top.  This was set aside to dry.  Once it was dry I flicked off the excess Dazzling Diamonds.  The flourish from the Flourish Thinlits was cut out of Early Espresso card stock and dots of glue were added to the back of the piece.  Using the silver metallic edge ribbon I added it to the bottom of my card panel.  The panel was added to my Early Espresso card base.  When the the dots of glue were dry I attached the piece to the front of my card.  To finish off my card front I added a bow to the ribbon.  Here is my completed creation.
