Hello Stampers ~ would you like to be Friends Forever?
Well I went bold yesterday at the hair dresser. I decided to add some Magenta to my hair. I have a streak that peeks out to show a hint of some color there. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I am curious to see how long it will last. I hope it lasts until my next appointment in 5 weeks. Time will tell.
I saw a great color challenge that I wanted to try as I thought it would be great to use with the Eastern Palace Suite. The color challenge was at Just us girls
In looking through my challenges I saw a sketch at TGIF Challenges that would be perfect for the Eastern Palace bundle.
So to begin my card I took a piece of the new Lemon Lime Twist and embossed it with the Softly Falling embossing folder. A piece of Whisper White was used to cut out the flower looking thinlit from the Eastern Palace set. The petals were sponged with Tempting Turquoise ink. I chose a sentiment to stamp in the center with Night of Navy. The white layer was added to the Lemon Lime layer. A Tempting Turquoise card base was embossed using the Brick Wall embossing folder. I added the Lemon Lime layer with dimensionals. To finish off my card I added some sequins. Here is my creation.
