Hand Stamped Sentiments – Thanks

Good Morning Everyone!

Well the weather really took a turn for the cold in most places.  Several areas in the US are getting heavy snow.  The artic blast has arrived.

Today is the Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge.  This time we have a color challenge.

I have to admit that it has been a long time since I played with Always Artichoke.  I love the color but forget about it with all the greens we have.  I decided to use the colors to make some flowers.  I love the new Botanical Builder Framelits.  I decided to use those for my card today.  I cut the flowers and leaves.  I took a piece of Sahara Sand and embossed it with the Stylish Stripes embossing folder.  I then used the leaf spray to cut an edge on the Sahara Sand.  I added the piece to my card base and placed the flowers and leaves along the cut edge.  Here is my final creation.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I am hoping to get the last of my cards I need for tomorrow completed and the paper cut.  Have a Terrific Tuesday!

  2. Wow! I simply adore this layout! The flowers pop right off the sahara background and the bit of embossing is such a nice touch!

  3. Wow! What a bold, beautiful card. I love the border die and the row of flowers.
