Hello Stampers ~ another new idea for the Feels Like Frost dsp with the Handmade Wedding or Anniversary Card shared today.
Well I was able to do everything on my list as well as work through my schedule. The water was freezing yesterday morning. We have one more class next week and then we are finished for the year. We had a great time yesterday for our first game day. We played Mexican Train which is a domino game. It was the perfect game as we played as many rounds as we could in the 2 hours we had set aside. We will play again in 2 weeks at someone else’s house and we may play a card game then. The other date in October I will not be here as I will be in Maryland to babysit the girls and then all of us are heading to California for Michaela’s baby shower. I have quite a few blankets to finish before I leave so I will be busy working on them over the next few weeks.
Well I have another idea for the Feels Like Frost dsp. I have one piece left that I have a card designed for tomorrow. If you love this paper you can do a search using the box on the right hand side. All you have to do is type in Feels Like Frost dsp and it will pull up 5 PAGES of my posts. That is a lot of ideas for this great paper. Don’t forget you can get this paper in my 2019 Product Share. You can find the details here.
Today’s idea is a great card that would be perfect for a Wedding or Anniversary. All you would have to do is add the appropriate sentiment. I started with a Whisper White card base. I cut my designer series paper at 2 1/4″ x 4 1/4″. This was attached to the center of the card base. Silver glimmer paper strips were cut and added to the top and bottom of the designer series paper using Tear & Tape. The image that goes with the designer series paper image comes from the First Frost set. I inked it up with Versamark and then used Silver embossing powder to emboss the image. I cut the paper down so it was just a little larger than the embossed image. This panel was then mounted onto a piece of Silver Foil that was a little larger than the image panel. This panel was added to the card base using dimensionals. The Frosted Bouquet dies were used to cut out 2 of the berry sprigs using the Silver Foil paper. The sprigs were added to the card front at the top and bottom of the image panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Here is the completed Handmade Wedding or Anniversary Card.
