Hello Stampers ~ I used the Happiness Blooms suite today for my Happiness Blooms Hello creation.
Yesterday I felt pretty good so I got a lot done. I managed to get my 3 videos made, prepped for my workshop today, and wrote my tutorial for my 12 Weeks of Sale-a-bration. If you want my tutorial make sure you are signed up for my newsletter. That is the only way to get the 12 Weeks of Sale-a-bration tutorials. It was a good thing it rained all day as I had no desire to go out. Today I have my workshop. After that I will pick up dinner and come home to work on finishing Remi’s birthday card.
Today is the sketch challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments.
I began by deciding to use the Bloom by Bloom suite. I stamped the flower and cut it out. I wanted to use the flowered paper that has the small flowers on it. I cut a strip and mounted it onto a piece of Night of Navy card stock. I needed a background piece so I decided to use the Calypso Coral striped pattern. I mounted this onto a Night of Navy card base. The flowered strip was added down the left hand side. The flower was used for the oval element in the sketch. It was added with dimensionals. My sentiment came from the Tabs for Everything stamp set. I stamped it in Night of Navy and punched it out using a 3/4″ circle punch. A Night of Navy scallop circle was punched out and the 2 circles were layered. It was added to the card base using dimensionals. To finish off the card I added some of the Happiness Blooms enamel dots. Here is the completed Happiness Blooms Hello creation.
