Hey Friend Handmade Card Design

Happy Monday Everyone ~ how about a Hey Friend Handmade Card Design for today?

Well my trip home was much better than the trip to Jess’.  There wasn’t any construction so no delays.  There were times when the traffic was heavy and other times when it was very light.  Once I hit North Carolina there really wasn’t much traffic.  There was however a lot of pollen floating in the air.  At time there was a cloud of yellow about tree top level and below.  This is the pine pollen which is really bad here in North Carolina.  This is my first experience with it and I understand we have at least another week of it.  The yellow stuff is everywhere.  I have got to sweep off my screened in porch when my stuff get here tomorrow.  Yes my furniture and things from the apartment is supposed to be delivered tomorrow.  I will be glad to have my bed!  Now if I can get internet and TV!

My card today is a quick idea.  I began by using some of the Share What You Love designer series paper.  I added a panel to a Rich Razzleberry card base.  A strip of another pattern from that paper was added across the bottom.  I then used the Accented Blooms to stamp the flower as I felt it matched the flower in the strip of designer series paper.  I used the ink in the lid and a blender pen to color the image.  The image was then fussy cut.  It was mounted onto a 1 3/8″ circle of Mossy Meadow and attached to the card centered over the strip on the left hand side.  The sentiment was stamped using Rich Razzleberry ink and punched out with the 1 1/8″ scallop circle punch.  A 1 3/8″ scallop circle was punched from Rich Razzleberry and the 2 scallop circles were layered and added to the right hand side a little higher than the strip using dimensionals.  Here is the completed Hey Friend Handmade Card Design creation.
