Ink swiping for a fun accent
Hello Everyone – a new technique was used to create this Ink swiping for a fun accent card.
I am always on the look out for new ideas and techniques. I ran across this idea and wanted to share it in a Facebook Live on my page. It is fun and works great with mini ink cubes. You can use this with any colors you want. I chose colors that went with stamps and punches I was using. Check out the 3 cards I made to show how to do this technique.
You can see the difference in using ink cubes versus using a full ink pad. The witch’s hat and the lady bug use full ink pads while the other 1 uses mini cubes. See the difference in the swipes?
The coordinating stamp sets were great to decorate the inside of the cards and envelopes. Love how this little step takes your card to the next level.
This idea shows 3 other ways to create a fun background for your cards. This idea uses your blocks to make a fabulous background.
If you would like to see the Facebook Live where I made these cards, you can find it here.
I hope you enjoyed today’s cards and you got some ideas from them. Thanks for visiting me today. Have a Marvelous Monday!
