Inspired by a Friend

Hello Stampers – today I was inspired by a friend!

I have a busy day today.  I think Jess and I are headed to the Verizon store.  We need to check on seeing about adding her to my plan.  Then I have a dermatology appointment.  I have to race home from the appointment as I have 2 ladies coming to finish up a project.  In the evening I have some ladies coming to do my monthly workshop.  I might be able to breathe after I get everything done.

While I was in North Carolina Barb shared some of her cards she had made.  There was one I took a picture of that I loved.  She had used white and a layer of another color to create a very pretty card.  I decided to use her card as my inspiration for my card today.  I began with a white card base.  I used some of my Serene Scenery and mounted it on Crumb Cake.  I attached this panel to my card base.  I then used the Botanical Builder framelits to cut out my flowers, flower centers, and leaves.  I just needed to put the flowers together on my card and add my leaves.  Here is my version of Barb’s card.

Thanks for visiting me today.  Don’t you love how this card turned out?  I may have to use this layout again!  Have a Terrific Tuesday and I hope you have been inspired by a friend!
