Hello Everyone!
I managed to have both of my girls 4 years apart but only 1 week apart in the month of September. Jess’s birthday was yesterday but I did not want to post her card then in case she decided to sneak a peek at my blog. We are supposed to go out for dinner tonight to celebrate both of their birthdays.
Jess loves butterflies. Whenever I can, I use butterflies on her card. Loll Thompson had a beautiful card that I wanted attempt to make since I did not have the same supplies. She had used a stencil to sponge on a square background. I did not have a similar stencil so I pulled out some of my drywall tape that I have not used in years. I was surprised it turned out so I will be using this idea in future cards. I had a die of a gorgeous butterfly so I decided to use it for her card. Here is my in interpretation of her card.
