Labels to Love Halloween

Hello Ladies ~ The Trick or Treaters are right around the corner so check out my Labels to Love Halloween creation.

Well I did not get anything done yesterday like I had hoped.  My HVAC guy came in the morning and I spent a lot of time on the phone.  I then had to prep for my workshop.  I did my workshop and my handyman showed up to make some repairs.  After everyone was gone I had another phone call.  When it was over I sent a few texts and e-mails which needed to go out.  I started vacuuming and another phone call came in.  After the phone call I finished my vacuuming and finally at 8:00 I began fixing my dinner.  I have an appraiser coming today and then I am going to the yarn shop.  I will be working on my videos before the appraiser and after I get back from the yarn shop.  I do need to make a phone call this morning so I hope it does not take long as I want to make a pound cake.  So much to do and so little time!

The next stamp set in my Catalog Journey is the Labels to Love.  This one has a variety of stamps for different occasions.  I decided to use the Halloween stamp as that is the next holiday coming up and I send out a few cards.  I began by using the black and white dotted paper from Tropical Escape designer series paper as a layer for my Rich Razzleberry card base.  I paired it with some of the Share What You Love designer series paper.  I used the striped pattern and the bottom layer was attached with the stripes going horizontal.  The next layer which was a little smaller was Basic Black.  The top layer was the same striped paper as the bottom layer but the stripes went vertical.  I used markers to color the sentiment selectively and it was punched out with the coordinating Everyday Label punch.  This was attached using dimensionals.  To finish my card I used one of the mini paper clips from the Share What You Love embellishment kit and tied a piece of the 1/4″  Rich Razzleberry velvet ribbon.  This was clipped to the upper edge of the layers.  Here is my completed Labels to Love Halloween creation.
