Hello Stampers – It is time, so Let’s Celebrate!
I did manage to get a few things finished in my craft room yesterday. I have 1 card for my Learn Something New series completed and I have started 2 others. I will finish them today as I have to send out the announcement about the class tomorrow. Then I will start to work on the Suite envy class samples. I also have to cut for my Monthly Collage class. Busy day ahead for me!
Today I am sharing a card I made for one of the design teams I am on. When I got back from North Carolina I was already to post it and when I looked at the challenge it was not what I had designed this for. Not sure if I imagined this in my sleep or I did not read the challenge correctly. Any way I figured I would post it today.
I began by using the Star Blast Edgelits die. I cut out the edgelit using Night of Navy. I used a piece of the Carried Away dsp from the Sale-abration catalog. It was mounted onto a piece of Night of Navy card stock after the end was flagged. A balloon from Balloon Adventures was stamped onto Whisper White card stock and the string was added. The sentiment was stamped and the stars from the edgelit were added to the panel. This panel was added to the card base with dimensionals. My card was finished. Here is my completed creation.
