Lucky Friend Color Challenge

Hello Everyone ~ I had an interesting challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments and came up with this Lucky Friend Color Challenge card.

I spent a little time at my sister’s yesterday.  It was so hot that I worked in the garage some and then inside some.  Today I have a hair appointment so I’m not sure how much time I will get to spend there.  I have not had my hair cut since March so it is in desperate need of a shaping.  We may try and go over after dinner as I want to help Jess get the cross stitch stuff straight so we can have the lady pick it up.

I have to admit I have had my fill of crabs.  We have had crabs, crab dip, and crab cakes.  Jess also made me peach ice cream which we had for dessert last night.  It was yummy!  On Sunday we had short ribs so she has managed to have all my favorites while I am here.  Good thing I am going home on Thursday as I will be back to watching what I eat.  I also will get back to walking which will be good.

We have a color challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments Paper Crafting Challenges this time.

The Hand Stamped Color Challege this time used colors that were in the same basic color family. I created the Lucky Friend Color Challenge idea for my entry.

I paired the Floral Essence and Very Versailles stamp sets for my Lucky Friend Color Challenge card. Get the details for how I used the colors.

I love the Floral Essence stamp set.  Check out these ideas that I also created using the stamp set.
