Happy Monday Ladies ~ how about another tag idea with my Merry Christmas Hometown Greetings Tag.
I had a low key day yesterday. I spent some time planning with Costa and then made a couple of videos. I started working on my January Online class. You will want to get your copy of this one as the cards are so cute! I am using a new set from the Occasions Catalog along with some of the new items. The supplies used will help you on your way to earning a Sale-a-bration item! Wait until you see the catalogs! They are adorable! I will be sharing some cards over this month that use some of the Occasions items so keep you eyes open for them. When you find a set you like make sure you make a note so you can order it as soon as the catalog goes live!
I am continuing with my week long ideas for Christmas tags. Today I used some items from the Annual catalog along with some free designer series paper I earned. I began by cutting out the church from the Hometown Greetings framelits using Whisper White. I then cut a piece of the Dashing Along designer series paper for a layer and added the cut out at the bottom. This panel was added to a panel of Gold Foil paper. I took a piece of Garden Green and punched the top corners with the Detailed Trio punch. I added the church panel to the Garden Green. To be able to tie the tag to a package, I added a piece of gold cord trim. I stamped the sentiment using Cherry Cobbler ink onto Whisper White card stock. I used the 1″ punch to punch out the sentiment. Using the 1 1/8″ scallop circle punch I punched out a Cherry Cobbler circle. The sentiment was added to the scallop circle then attached to the tag using dimensionals. Here is the completed 3″ x 4 1/2″ Merry Christmas Hometown Greetings Tag.
