Good Morning Stampers!
I saw a great technique by Donna at Butternut Sage Designs. When I saw it I knew it would cool to do for a snow scene. Since our theme this month was Winter Wonderland – what does it mean to you I knew I would use her idea.
It was fun to do. First I embossed some snowflakes. Then I added the swirls. After I had embossed the swirls I added color all over. I then painted the cardstock with Tombow glue and stuck down the mica flakes. After the glue had dried I used a paintbrush and applied some cornstarch since the glue is sticky if you don’t adhere something to it. Lastly I punched some snowflakes and used dimensionals. Here is the final card.
