Not2Shabby Watermelon Summer idea

Happy Friday stampers – summer is here so let’s make some Not2Shabby Watermelon Summer idea cards!

The Not2Shabby paper pad subscription had 2 watermelon papers that I could not wait to play with. The patterns are brightly colored with fun patterns. These would be so fun to receive in the mail!

Today’s Project

I loved the watermelon slices paper and paired it with a striped pattern and the tie dyed pattern. Lots of bright colors and patterns to look at!

This card would make a great barbecue invitation don’t you think? Just add the sentiment and put all the details inside. Perfect way to get lots of people at your event!

I did not have a watermelon stamp for the inside of the card and envelope so I found a half circle outline and stamped it in green. Then I masked off the top and using a red marker colored the inside leaving just a little bit of white between the green and red. I added some black dots to be seeds and I had a watermelon slice!

The Clear Scrap bee and beehive shakers I shared a few days ago would be perfect to have hanging from the trees for your barbecue.
