Hello Stampers ~ the Perennial Birthday in Shaded Spruce presented an interesting challenge for me.
I had a great time playing with my demo friend yesterday. I played with my Gelli plate and some watercoloring ideas using reinkers and tissue paper. I will be using these items on my cards over the next few months as I made quite a few of each. We had some strong storms last night but we needed the rain. The weather will be cooler over the next few days which will be a welcome relief. I am sure the pool will be chilly today after the rain last night. I have to run some errands today and pick up a few supplies. I need some things for my Facebook Live idea I want to do and I want to get some tomatoes and a watermelon from the produce stand. I also want to check out the sports store and see if I can find a small electric smoker. I found some online but they are larger than I need for just me. If the sports store does not have a smaller one I will order one I found online. Then I need a grill and I will be set for the girls visit!
My One Color Wonder series is today and I had a real challenge. I had Perennial Birthday which has a lot of flower images and Shaded Spruce which is not necessarily a feminine color. I think I did a pretty good job with this challenge. Here is the video for my Perennial Birthday in Shaded Spruce.
So you can see the card better, here is the picture.
