Quick and Easy Black and White Christmas Card

Hello Everyone ~ do I have a cute Quick and Easy Black and White Christmas card for you today!

I hope you are staying warm.  Our weather got really chilly here and I am pulling out my socks to keep my feet warm.  Not liking this quick change!  I only had a little time in my craft room today as my phone conference took a lot longer than I had planned.  After the chat, I had some work to do from the chat.  All in all I only managed to get my 12 Weeks of Christmas project made and photographed.  I will be working on the tutorial today after my workshop along with some design team commitments I have.  If I can get those done then I can make some more cards for my blog and that will leave me time on Monday and Wednesday to make some videos.  Busy as a bee am I!!!!!

Yesterday I played with some of my Merry Little Christmas dsp.  I love this black and white paper.  Today I paired it with some Old Olive striped paper for a quick and easy card.  I began with a card base of Basic Black.  To that I added a layer of the black and white checked patterned paper from the dsp stack.  Using a piece of Whisper White I stamped the “”Tis the Season ” outline stamp using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I then used the “Season” stamp and inked it up and stamped it inside the outline.  this was mounted onto a piece of Old Olive card stock.  The striped Old Olive dsp is from the same pack as the black and white.  I cut a piece a little larger than the sentiment piece and mounted it onto my card piece.  The sentiment piece was then layered onto the card base over the striped piece using dimensionals.  To finish off my card I added some of the stars from the Metallic Enamel Shapes embellishment pack.  Here is my completed Quick and Easy Black and White Christmas Card.
