Remaking a card from a year ago
Hello everyone – Vicky and I are trying again with our Remaking a card from a year ago.
Last month Vicky and I tried to do this series but she had internet issues and she also hurt her shoulder. We are trying again this month. We are taking a card we posted on our blog 1 year ago (or close to the date) and updating it with new current products. Make sure you hop over to her blog – Vicky Wright – to see what she created.
A year ago I used the Quiet Meadow bundle to create this card.
To remake this card I decided to use a different color combo. I went with blues this time and used the Inked & Tiled stamp set. The black card used the stitched rectangles. For the blue card I used the Scalloped Contours dies. Look at the updated version of this card.
I love the tall image in this stamp set. Look at this idea using that tall image with Berry Burst and Basic Gray. Here are 2 ideas using that image with a fun technique.
