Happy Mother’s Day!
Hello Everyone!
Well I manage to do my workshop yesterday as well as do my posts for the week I am gone. I can’t promise you a long post each day but you will have some eye candy to look at. Today I am heading to North Carolina to spend the week with my friend. The guys are taking us to lunch at the Japanese Steak House. After lunch I will hit the road for my drive. It takes about 6 – 7 hours so I don’t think I will get there until about 8:30. That is okay as I have a busy week ahead of me.
I decided to play along with the Paper Craft Crew sketch challenge
I liked this sketch and knew I could use some retiring pattern paper. I did flip the sketch to be portrait instead of landscape. I pulled out the Remarkable You set and stamped the leaf spray. I then mounted it on Wild Wasabi card stock. I cut my envelope paper and mounted it to the card front. I attached my stamped image with dimensionals over top of the envelope paper. I punched a Petite Petals flower and 3 Itty Bitty Accents Punch pack flowers.I added them with dimensionals. I added a pearl in the center of each flower and finished the card off with some Basic Black baker’s twine. Here is my completed creation.
