Same Altenew stencil different color

Same Altenew stencil different color

Hello Everyone – Last Saturday I shared a card in pink and today I created the Same Altenew stencil different color card.

I thought I would use the same Watercolor Dreams stencils to make a card using a different color. This time I decided to not outline the flower to see what it looked like. I chose to use some of the Altenew Blue Mountain inks to color the flower this time.

I kept a simple layout like the last one. I didn’t have card stock to match the ink color so I took the ink pad and dragged it around the edge of the card front coloring the card stock to make the colors in the flower. This is a great technique to use if you are just beginning out and don’t have many supplies.

To finish off the card some silver edged ribbon was used. Here is what I created this week.

In case you missed last week’s card, here is the pink card using the same stencil.
