Merry Christmas Eve everyone – we all have a stash of products so come See how you can combine retired and new products for a beautiful Navy Christmas card.
When I get new product whether it is a stamp set, dsp, dies, or embossing folders I love seeing what I have in my craft stash that I can use with it. It has saved me lots of money to see I can use something I already have with new products that I fell in love with.
The O Holy Night dsp was one of those papers that when I looked at it I knew I had the perfect stamp set and dies for it. The star paper reminded me of the star in the sky when Jesus was born and how Mary and Joseph took a trip to Bethlehem. The retired set Night in Bethlehem and coordinating dies was one of my favorite Christmas sets and I pulled it out to use with this paper.
I also checked my stash as I remember a star embossing folder from way back that I knew would be a great background.
I took these products and combined with the star dsp in O Holy Night and the Star trinkets to create the card.
This paper has been fun to use. I used it with a sentiment for this clean and simple idea. I used the lighter blue star pattern in the paper and this time used the dies of the city to create this idea.
