Well I had a good day at the yarn shop. I am working on a pair of mitts and I am almost ready to do the thumb gusset. I am hoping to get to that point before I go back next week so I can get help with that since I am knitting both mitts at the same time. Wish me luck.
I mentioned that I saw a card on Facebook that I had to try and make. I found the tutorial and spent all day Wednesday working on it. Now the card itself is not hard but if you have never made one there is a learning curve with it. I kept stopping the video going to do the next step and then going back and starting the video again for the next step. I definitely got lots of steps in that day! All in all I am pleased with my card. Here is my completed creation.

The snowman’s arms actually fold out a little more so the “Hello” banner is spread out more. I could not get it to do that without holding it and then I could not take the picture.
