Happy Saturday Stampers!
Well we are in for a mixed bag of weather today. We have a storm moving in that is supposed to start as snow, then change to sleet/freezing rain, and finally to rain. We still have the 10 inches of snow on the ground from the storm at the beginning of the week so if we get the rain we will have a melting mess. We will see what happens.
Today my Simple Saturday card began with the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches
I also loved the colors from the Around the World Stampin’ Up Challenges so I used those colors for my creation.
With the scoring challenge at The Paper Plunge I have been wanting to play with more scoring. I decided to use scoring for the diagonal element on the sketch. I finally got my Stampin’ Up order that has been sitting at the UPS center since Tuesday. I just had to play with my new stamps on this card. Here is what I created.
