Sketch Frenzy Friday – Best Things

Good Morning Everyone!

So what is on your plan for today?  Renee and I signed up for an online class with a new to me product.  It starts today so Renee and I getting together this morning to play with the first few lessons.  After that I need to go to the dump and run errands.  Then back home to wait for Jess and Zoie.  They are coming down for the weekend so we will have some fun!

My card today is for the Sketch Frenzy Friday challenge this week.  Our sketch was created by Sharon Wheet.

I recently took advantage of the buy 3 get 1 free paper deal so I pulled out my paper to play with on this one.  I also discovered something new to me.  I had some clay roses made but they were white as I had not colored the clay before making it.  I decided to see if I could color it with a spritzer.  Guess what?  It works!  I colored the rose on this card using my already mixed spritzer.  Here is my card.

I don’t know about you but I am loving the new Smoky Slate!  It may become my new neutral.  Now it is time for you to head on over to the Sketch Frenzy Friday blog to see what the other ladies did with this sketch.  I am sure there will be some fabulous creations.
