Sketch Frenzy Friday – Fall

Happy Friday Everyone!

Well our weather is finally going to take a turn for the chilly.  This weekend we are supposed to be in the 50’s.  This is a big change since we have been in the 70’s and even 80’s this week.  I love the chilly weather as I pull out my crock pot and make pots of soup and chili.  Love to eat those to warm you up inside.  How about you, what do you like to eat in the chilly weather.

Ok I know you did not come here to  talk about soup but to see my card.  This week at Sketch Frenzy Friday we got a great sketch from Patrice

I recently got the Autumn Accents Bigz die and the wood grain embossing folder.  I decided to use the die to make leaves for the vertical element in the sketch.  I also played with the new Core’dinations paper and the wood grain embossing folder.  Here is my creation.

I used the stencil created when I cut my leaves to add color to finish off the card and envelope.  The word “Fall” was created with a retired small set of letters.  The other ladies on our team have created some fabulous cards also.  Head on over to the Sketch Frenzy Friday blog to see what they did with the sketch.

Thanks for looking and have a Fabulous Friday!
