Snowy CutCardStock idea

Hello everyone – I have this adorable snowman for my Snowy CutCardStock idea on Instagram.
I got this adorable snowman from Penny Black several years ago. I love him and he makes the best images for my cards.
Today’s Project
This snowman is so happy. He brings a smile to your face when you look at him. I couldn’t wait to make a card with him. I stamped him on Cougar smooth white cardstock. I love stamping on smooth cardstock and the Cougar gives a nice clean image. It also takes alcohol markers great also. He is also mounted onto a Cougar card base which is sturdy enough to stand up to display your cards.

I wanted him to stand out from my background so I mounted him on Pop-Tone Wild Cherry. I love this deep rich red! To add some sparkle – cause we all know snow sparkle in the sunlight – I used some IZink diamond glitter paint on the fur on his hat. To add even more sparkle some silver foam adhesive snowflakes were sprinkled on.

I use a lot of white and the Cougar smooth white is one of my favorites. Here is another winter card made with the white. It also is great for fancy folds. Look at this tri-fold that I made for my grandson’s birthday.
