Spooky Night Dracula

Hello Ladies,

Well I spent most of the day yesterday working on a project.  I think I almost have it completed.  I will be spending a lot of time today working on it.  Wish me luck!  I also have to get paper cut and my workshop for tomorrow cut and ready for the ladies.  It will be a busy day and I will be running back and forth to my craft room.

I had not played with some of my challenge blogs in a while, so I went looking for some ideas.  My inspiration for my card today came from the sketch challenge at Try Stampin’ on Tuesday

I wanted to use some of my Spooky Night dsp.  I pulled it out and chose the simple striped pattern as my background.  I then went looking for other papers that could coordinate with it.  I chose the pumpkin piece that I backed with Pumpkin Pie.  I flagged the end and then added it to the striped layer.  I stamped the Dracula from Cookie Cutter Halloween using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Very Vanilla.  Then using the Cajun Craze and Pumpkin Pie markers I colored him in.  He was added to a piece of Cajun Craze card stock after the ends were flagged.  This panel was attached to the pumpkin dsp with dimensionals.  To add a little bling (you know I like my bling) I added some of the  1/8″ gold ribbon.  The completed panel was added to the Very Vanilla card base.  Here is my completed creation.
