Spooky Witch’s Hat

Good Morning Ladies ~ are you ready for a Spooky Witch’s Hat card for a Halloween card idea.

I am so excited.  Today I am going to a friend’s house and she is going to teach me how to make Pumpkin Rolls.  She had brought me some a few years ago and it was delicious.  I had asked her last year if she would teach me how to make it but it was after she was done.  This year she remembered and we set up a date to make them today.  I will be sure to share a picture of the finished product tomorrow.

I am sharing my last Halloween card today.  I loved all the witch’s hats that was on one of the pieces of the Spooky Night dsp.  I decided to cut them out and create a card with them.  Using a scrap of the designer series paper, I cut 5 of the different hats out.  They were easy to cut out.  I attached them to a Very Vanilla panel using dimensionals.  I used the spider webs from Sweet Home and stamped them in the corner.  Now what spider web and witch’s hat doesn’t have some spiders.  I used the 1/4″ circle punch to punch out a bunch of spiders from the dsp.  I added them to the the card panel using glue dots.  I had them hanging from the hats and the spider webs.  Using the Basic Black marker I added the threads they were hanging from.  I did not have a “He, He, He” stamp so I used the “Hello” from Thoughtful Banners and inked up just the “He”.  I then stamped it over and over in groups of 3 on the card panel.  I attached my completed panel to a Pumpkin Pie card base.  Here is my completed Spooky Witch’s Hat creation.
