Happy Labor Day!
Hello Ladies!
Yesterday was easier than I thought. Zoie was great and cooperated and Remi was not fussy. We had a good day but I did not get any crafting done. I will try and make up for it today.
On Saturday I got a chance to play with the Stampin’ Gal Gone Wild weekend sketch challenge. We had a fun sketch to play with.
When I saw this sketch I knew I could do another Halloween card easily. I also knew I needed to get some thinking about Thanksgiving cards as I will need those for my workshop next month. While I may not use this one it will help me to get thinking about some designs for the next workshop.
I decided to use the Hardwood background stamp to make my background layer. I wanted to use the leaves from the Project Life Seasonal Snapshot set but did not want to cut them out nor did I want to use the circle punch. I decided to use the hexagon punch for the leaves. I used the sentiment from For All Things and mounted it on some retired Champagne glimmer paper. I love this color more than gold but sadly it retired. All I had to do was put all my pieces together to make my card. Here is my creation.

Thanks for visiting me today. I am looking forward to spending some time in my craft room today. What will you be doing today? Have a Marvelous Monday!

What a great card! Your intreptration of the circles is wonderful…the little leaves are subtle but love your color choice So! Glad the little ones were good for you!
