Stampin’ Up Dandy Garden Thank You

Hello Everyone ~ I played with a new suite that will be available in January with the Stampin’ Up Dandy Garden Thank You card idea.

I was on the fence about the Dandy Garden Suite that as a demo we could order early.  I wasn’t going to get it but then at the last minute I opted to order it.  Am I glad I did!

The suite has 2 bundles ~ one set is dandelions and the other set is dragonflies.  The dragonfly bundle is the one we could order.  there are matching dies for the dandelion set which includes some extra dies to make some cute layered flowers.   The dragonfly bundle has a coordinating punch.  The punch has a large and small dragonfly where the large one coordinates with the stamp.

Another product in the suite is the Dandy Garden designer series paper.  This paper is fun to play with.  Some of the images coordinate with the punch so you can punch out dragonflies to use on your projects.

Stampin’ Up also included some Mossy Meadow braided linen trim.  This trim is like the trim from the holiday mini which is not stiff and easy to tie.  It is also thin so it is perfect for just a little accent on your projects.

The most adorable product in this suite are the ladybug trinkets.  These antique gold embellishments are so cute.  They are just over 1/4″ in size and are easily added to your projects using glue dots.  You can also use your Stampin’ Blends to color them so you can have red ladybugs on your cards.

I decided to use the suite this week to highlight how much fun this suite is to play with.  Today’s idea is a great way to use up some of your scraps.  While I used 2″ x 2″ squares you could easily do the same layout using 1 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ squares.  Check out the video for the Stampin’ Up Dandy Garden Thank You card.

While you cannot order the products from the suite, here are the items you can order that I used to make my card today.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope I inspired you.  I have been busy playing catch up with a few tasks I need to get finished.  I am hoping to get one of the tasks finished today and started on another one.  Wish me luck!  Have a Wonderful Wednesday and what are your thoughts about the new suite I used to create the Stampin’ Up Dandy Garden Thank You card?
