Stampin’ Up Flowers of Friendship Color Blocking

Stampin’ Up Flowers of Friendship Color Blocking

Hello Everyone – I am in love with the twist to this technique with my Stampin’ Up Flowers of Friendship Color Blocking creation.

Last week I shared this colorblocking card. This week I added a twist to the technique and created this adorable idea.

Check out this fun twist to the old colorblock technique. See the video showing how I created the Stampin' Up Flowers of Friendship ColorBblocking card.

I love the open images in the Flowers of Friendship stamp set. The clean lines and open image is great stamped on colored card stock for some pretty flowers.

Check out the video below to see how to do the twist to this color blocking technique.

Check out all the details in this close up.

Since I had some of the colored panel left over when I cut the front panel using the Stitched Rectangle dies, I used it to decorate the inside of the card and the envelope.

Don't miss using the scraps when you cut down your project. They make great ways to decorate the inside of your card and your envelope like I did with the Stampin' Up Flowers of Friendship Color Blocking card.

If you like technqiues, check out these other ideas. This card uses watercolor and salt to make a fun background. The leaves on this card uses the ink, spray, and smash technique.

Here are the details for the card that was not in the video.
