Hello Everyone ~ a cute Stampin’ Up Let It Snow Penguin card is being shared today.
Well I did a lot of punching yesterday. I have a ton of punch art that I need to get made. I also did some cutting of one of my containers last night. Today I have to make 2 videos and 2 cards so I have all my post finished this evening since I am leaving tomorrow for a girlfriend’s weekend. The hardest part will be writing the posts. I also have a Facebook Live tonight that I have to set up for. I think I know what I am going to do but not positive. I will finalize the idea today.
I still have a few papers from the Let It Snow dsp that I have to use for a card to share with you. I am using one of those patterns today. I opted to use the mittens pattern and pair it with the cute penguin from the Snow Place stamp set. Yes I did some more #ShopYourCraftStash for this card. I took the piece of 3 3/4″ x 5″ of designer series paper and mounted it onto a piece of 4″ x 5 1/4″ Night of Navy card stock. I chose the Night of Navy as it made the mittens pop. I then took a piece of Seaside Spray metallic ribbon and added it to the top of the panel using Tear & Tape. This panel was then added to a Seaside Spray card base. A bow of the same ribbon was tied and then added with glue dots. The cute penguin from Snow Place was stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. The feet were colored with a Pumpkin Pie marker and the beak was colored with a Daffodil Delight marker. The coordinating framelit was used to cut out the image. The image was added to the lower left hand corner using dimensionals. A sentiment from the Project Life Holiday Cheer was stamped using Night of Navy ink and then punched out using the 1 1/4″ circle punch. A circle of Silver glimmer paper was punched out using the 1 1/2″ circle punch. The 2 circles were layered using glue dots and then the circle was added to the card base using dimensionals. Here is the completed Stampin’ Up Let It Snow Penquin creation.
