Stampin’ Up Oceanfront with Vellum

Stampin’ Up Oceanfront with Vellum

Hello Everyone – I tried something new with the Stampin’ Up Oceanfront with Vellum card.

I saw an idea on the internet and decided to give it a try on my card for today. It uses a strip of pattern paper and added vellum over top. I think it would have been better if my stamping on the vellum had used lighter colors.

Look at this great card. The vellum adds a fun layer over top the Blue Foil specialty paper and the Waves of the Ocean pattern paper. Check out the Stampin' Up Oceanfront with Vellum card.

The Oceanfront stamp set is carrying over to the new annual catalog. I am so glad as it is so fun to create with.

You can barely see the pattern paper behind the vellum on this close up. I did use the dark blue pattern paper in hopes it would show up better.

I try to use the stamps to decorate the inside of the card and envelope.

The card front inspired the inside of the card and envelope. See how the Blue Foil specialty paper and the Waves of the Ocean pattern paper were used on the card front for the Stampin' Up Oceanfront with Vellum card.

I have used this stamp set so much as I just love it. This card is a clean and simple idea and has a serene feel to it. I love the different layout on this idea.
