Stampin’ Up Quiet Meadow in purple
Hello Everyone – the Stampin’ Up Quiet Meadow in purple card is a simple idea.
I was on a roll on Saturday after my Facebook Live. I managed to make 4 cards that I could use for posting this week. This card was one that I created. It was based on a sketch challenge for Try Stampin’ -or not – on Tuesday. It presented a few challenges which was good to stretch my creativity.
I have used the dies for the Quiet Meadow set a lot. The stamp set is not one I reach for often. It has some great images that often forget about.
The sketch had 3 elements on the left hand side. I wasn’t certain what to do with that so I stamped 2 of the mini flowers and added the butterfly. To add interest to the butterfly I stamped some dots on the butterfly.
The panels were plain so I decided to add some dots using the stamp in the set. It adds just the right touch to the card. Great way to add texture when it is needed.
Here is an idea where I used one of the die cuts with some sponging to color it. This image is so versatile. It can be used for Spring or Fall like this idea.
