Stampin’ Up Storybook Gnomes Christmas idea
Hello Everyone – I have a nontraditional Christmas card for you today with the Stampin’ Up Storybook Gnomes Christmas idea.
I checked out all the patterns in the Storybook Gnomes pattern paper collection and was drawn to the mountain one. I think it lends itself to a nontraditional holiday card.

I used a sentiment from Peaceful Deer and layered with some colors from the pattern paper using the Beautiful Shapes dies. It is fun to layer the different colors using the dies.
Since I decorate the inside of my card and envelope I went looking for a stamp set I could use. In looking at the paper I realized the tree in Beauty of Friendship would be perfect. The Peaceful Deer has a cluster of snowflakes that made it easy to add some of those.
I have used this pattern paper for a few cards in my Facebook Lives. I got it because of the mushrooms and Zoie’s fascination with them. I used some of the other patterns to make this fun snow card.
