Hello Stampers ~ wait until you see my Stampin’ Up Tropical Chic with Tropical Escape creation!
Well I hit a snag with the septic tank. My guy will not replace or repair the top. They will only put in a new septic system and tie into the existing lines. This is a very expensive fix that is not necessary so not going that route. The guy my agent found came out but did not bring a hook to open the tank so nothing from him. I called a friend of mine who’s husband used to be a plumber and I talked to him. He gave me the name of a guy whom I called and he is coming out to look at the top. He said he just replaced the top for a guy locally who wanted to sell his house and had the same issue. The new guy is supposed to come out either tomorrow or Monday and look at the tank. Please, please, please cross your fingers for me. This is the last hurdle that I need to jump over. If I cannot get it taken care of I cannot sell the house until it passes.
I played with the Tropical Chic bundle again. This time I used the stamps to stamp the flower a couple of times and a couple of the leaves. I used the framelits to cut it out. Then I used the leaf window framelit and cut out one from Mossy Meadow. I took a piece of the Tropical Escape designer series paper and put behind the window. I attached this panel to the Whisper White layer. The 5/8″ Burlap Ribbon was added to the bottom. This panel was then attached to the Blushing Bride card base. The leaves and flowers were added using glue dots and dimensionals. I used a piece of the burlap ribbon to tie a knot around the ribbon.
